Get to Know Me
My name is Jordan Healy, and I’m one of the brokers behind Lock and Key Realty. The firm was built with a simple idea in mind: real estate does not need to follow the tired playbook of volume, shortcuts, and empty promises. We believed there was room for something better—a full-service, relationship-driven experience led by professionals who take pride in their work and stand behind their results.
Lock and Key Realty was created to break that mold. Our agents are experienced, disciplined, and deeply committed to their clients. There are no gimmicks here, no excuses, and no inflated claims—just hard-working professionals who understand the responsibility that comes with helping someone buy, sell, or invest in real estate.
My own path to real estate was anything but linear. I was born and raised in the Berkshires, attended Western New England University, and joined the Air Force ROTC program. Ultimately, I commissioned into the United States Air Force. I spent more than six years on active duty, an experience that shaped how I approach leadership, accountability, and problem-solving.
After my military service, I took a brief detour onto Wall Street, working in consulting and accounting at Ernst & Young. While the experience was valuable, I quickly realized that large institutions were not where I did my best work. I was drawn instead to something more tangible, more personal—and in 2015, I transitioned into real estate full time as an investor, agent, property manager and developer.
Real estate is not just my profession; it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I appreciate every part of the process—from evaluating properties and uncovering hidden issues, to negotiating deals and analyzing the numbers behind them. Buying, selling, investing, and rehabilitating properties all require discipline, curiosity, and attention to detail—qualities I value and bring to every client relationship.
